O R D E R

When the case was taken up for hearing on 10.07.2017, Mr.G.Jeremiah, learned counsel on record to the petitioner has filed a memo dated 10.07.2017 stating that the petitioner had taken back the case bundle along with the caveat for change of vakalat on 13.05.2015. Therefore, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioner for appearance during the next hearing on 26.07.2017.

2. Today when the case is taken up for hearing, the petitioner called absent. Further, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition is, against the respondents herein to forward the petitioner's application for admission to the M.Ch., Genito Urinary Surgery Course to the second respondent herein and to issue a hall ticket to the petitioner to write examinations.
