learned IV Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.2925 of 2023 filed by the petitioner and H.M.O.P.No.5097 of 2023 filed by the respondent, as early as possible on merits within the time limit fixed by the Court.

2. HMOP.No.2925 of 2023 has been filed by the petitioner/husband to dissolve the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent by granting a decree of divorce on the ground of cruelty and HMOP.No.5097 of 2023 has been filed by the respondent/wife to declare the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent as nullity and for a direction to the husband to pay Rs.1.00 crore to the petitioner as compensation to the wife.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would request this Court to direct the lower court to dispose of both the HMOPs. as early as possible.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned IV Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to try both the HMOPs. Viz., HMOP.No.2925 of 2023 and HMOP.No.5097 of 2023 jointly and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the 2/5

date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, these civil revision petitions are disposed of. No costs.
