This petition is filed to condone the delay of 180 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Though notice was served on the 1st respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the 1st respondent either in person or through counsel.

3.Mr. J. Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel, takes notice for the 2nd respondent and submitted that the 2nd respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

4.Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, the delay of 180 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
