(In both petitions) For Petitioner : Mr.Duraikkan S.Phillip For Respondent : Mr.S.Magesh Kumar COMMON ORDER These Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to withdraw HMOP.No.5628 of 2023 and HMOP.No.4315 of 2024 respectively from the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Coutr, Trichy to be tried along with M.C.No.103 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli. 2.Heard Mr.Duraikkan S.Phillip, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Magesh Kumar, who undertakes to file vakalat for the respondent/husband in both the petitions.

3.It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent/husband that the respondent/husband has no serious objection for acceding to the request of transfer of two proceedings pending in HMOP.No.5628 of 2023 (Tr.CMP.No.1301 of 2024) and HMOP.No.4315 2/4

of 2024 (Tr.CMP.No.1302 of 2024) as prayed for by the petitioner/wife to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Trichirapalli to be tried along with M.C.No.103 of 2024.

4.In the light of the above, these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. The cases in HMOP.No.5628 of 2023 and HMOP.No.4315 of 2024 are hereby withdrawn from the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Trichy to be tried along with M.C.No.103 of 2024.
