This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.131 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram. If ultimately, the final report is acted upon and summons is served to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
