This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24192 of 2024 by order dated 30.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore on every working day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders without fail.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 44 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24192 of 2024 on 30.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
