ORDER

(Order of the Court is made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Kingston Jerold, the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is challenging the sale notice dated 07.12.2023 issued by the respondent.

3. The petitioner has a remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Chennai.

4. In the light of the alternative remedy available, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy. In that event, all contentions are kept open. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.35835 of 2023 is closed.
