The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the interim applications before the Lok Adalat for reopening and for impleading necessary parties. Notice was ordered in those interim applications. In such circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to close the present Civil Revision Petition.
