ORDER

When this Court was not inclined to entertain this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the 5th respondent has already filed an application in Crl MP No.14795 of 2003 seeking for return of the car, which was seized during the course of investigation in Crime No.612 of 2023. In this application, the father of the petitioner has already filed objections and this application is pending before 2/4

the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Thirupattur. It is left open to the parties to make all their claims before the Court below, where the application is pending. Except giving this liberty, this Court does not find any merits in this writ petition.
