(R5 IMPLEADED AS PER ORDER DATED 6/2/2020 MADE IN WMP.2743/2020 IN WP.35903/2019 BY PDAJ ) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agents or any one acting on his behalf not to proceed with the construction of overhead tank on the patta lands of the petitioner in survey Nos. 1061 and 1057 in Alsanatham village, chennathur village and Post, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District pending WP.No.35903 of 2019.

Nos.1061, 1065 and 1057 in Alsanatham Village, Chennathur Village and Post, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of P.SUBBA REDDY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.K.MUTHUKUMAR SPL.GOVT.PLEADER for the respondents 1 & 2 and of MR.N.SUBBARAYALU Advocate for the 3 & 5 respondents and of MRS.S.THAMIZHARASI Advocate for the 4th respondent the court made the following order:- The Fourth Respondent has stated in his Counter-Affidavit, that the construction of water tank is taking place only in Survey No. 1058 in poramboke land belonging to the Government in which the Petitioner does not any title and that no construction is taking place in Survey Nos. 1061, 1065 and 1057, which is claimed to be owned by the Petitioner.
