This Criminal Original Petition has been for direction to direct the first respondent to investigate the complaint given by the petitioner herein and to register an FIR against the respondents 2 to 9. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.
On perusal of the counter and also on the submissions made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor, it is revealed that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was examined in depth by the first respondent and found that the allegations do not constitute any criminal offence. Hence, the complaint lodged by the petitioner is closed.

Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. If any grievance over the closure of the complaint, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint in the manner known to law, if so advised.
