This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23321 of 2024 by order dated 23.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 68 days and investigation has been completed and final report is yet to be filed.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police for more than 68 days, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23321 of 2024 by order dated 23.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
