(Order of the court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Seeking to review the order dated 11.10.2023 passed by this Court in W.A.No.2506 of 2023, the present application came to be filed by the applicant/ 5th appellant.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the applicant seeks permission of 2/4

this Court to withdraw this review application, with liberty to proceed further in the pending writ appeals viz., W.A.Nos.2911 of 2023 and 1725 of 2023. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle, to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the applicant, this Review Application is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
