Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the impugned order dated 25.10.2023 in Na.Ka.No.A6/715/2021 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal, consequently directing the 2nd respondent to replace the petitioner as Nutrition Organizer in Panchayat Union Primary School (Hindu), Pallagacheri, Kallakurichi District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2023 preferred to the respondents in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 25.10.2023 passed by the second respondent, thereby relieved the petitioner from the place of Pallagacheri (Hindu) Panchayat Union Primary School.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner was originally appointed as Cooking Assistant in Panchayat Village Union Middle School (Hindu) in Pallagacheri Village, Villupuram District on 04.09.2012. On 12.11.2021, she was promoted as Cook and transferred to the Panchayat Union Primary School, Prithivimangalam. Thereafter, she was transferred to the Panchayat Union Primary School, Melpoondithakka. On 19.06.2023, he was promoted as Nutrition Organiser by the 1st respondent and

transferred to the Pallagacheri Panchayat Union Primary School. On her promotion, the 2nd respondent transferred the petitioner to Paanayangal Panchayat Union Primary School as Nutrition Organiser and also took additional charge in Pallagachery Panchayat Union Primary School. Now the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the relieving order dated 25.10.2023, in and by which she was relieved from the Pallagacheri Panchayat Union Primary School.

4. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order dated 25.10.2023 in Na.Ka.No.A6/715/2021 passed by the second respondent. Therefore, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
