This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 12.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13249 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e on every Monday till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter appear before the concerned Court, till completion of trial on all hearing dates.
