This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25409 of 2024 by an order dated 17.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore, Vellore District, on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore, Vellore District. However, the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25409 of 2024 on 17.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore, Vellore District on the 3rd working day of January 2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the 1/3

learned Judicial Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
