was posted for counter for several hearings till 31.01.2025 and on 13.02.2025, she was set exparte.

2. The petitioner has been set exparte in O.S.No.8 of 2024 and that stage, Tr.C.M.P., is taken out, which is not maintainable in law.

3. Recording the said details, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed with liberty to file a fresh Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition in case if the exparte order passed by the learned Family Court Judge is set aside.
