2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner had submitted representations seeking revocation of his order of suspension dated 14.02.2022 and it is pending on the file of the first respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner seeking revocation of order of suspension and pass orders, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management Department dated 04.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
