This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 337 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 337 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

3. Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel appearing for 2nd respondent / Insurance Company submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence, the same may be listed before the National Lok Adalat.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is, otherwise, in order and list the same for admission before the National Lok Adalat on 13.06.2026.
