This Petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above case. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.Learned counsel for the Petitioner would contend that the first Plaintiff in O.S.No.6 of 2013 died after the pronouncement of the judgment and now the legal representatives want to prosecute the Appeal Suit. 4.The judgment was rendered by the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem on 21.03.2018 and the first Plaintiff died on 10.02.2023 and this Appeal was filed during December 2023.
