This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2 nd respondent not to conduct the elections of Executive Committee Members for the Research Foundation for Jainology of the 3 rd respondent without incorporating 2023 list of members which are readily available with the 1 st respondent.

2.Now, it is stated by the learned counsel on either side that the elections have been conducted and a suit has also been filed in that regard. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
