Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to forthwith sanction and disburse the Family Benefit Fund, Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity, Provident Fund, Pension and all other service / Retiral benefits due to the petitioner as the lawful surviving spouse of Late.Mr.N.N.Renga Babu, with arrears and interest within a time limit fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for the relief of a mandamus, directing the respondents to forthwith sanction and disburse the Family Benefit Fund, Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity, Provident Fund, Pension and all other service / Retiral benefits due to the petitioner as the lawful surviving spouse of Late. Mr. N.N.Renga Babu, with arrears and interest within a time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Though a larger prayer has been sought for in this Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2025.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2025, within a period of 8 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due notice to rival 3/6

claimant if any. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the petitioner's claim. No costs.
