PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 4th respondent from granting the renewal of approval for the 5th respondent institution for the academic year 2024-25 until my grievance on non-payment of salary and other dues by the 5th respondent, raised vide his letter dated 09.06.2023 is redressed in accordance with the Rules and Regulations laid down by the 1st and 4th respondents.
