ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to re-issue passport to the petitioner based on petitioner application vide file No. MA107548234862 forthwith.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's passport has been expired on 04.08.2025 and he had applied for renewal and re-issue of passport to the petitioner on 05.08.2025 and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the

limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
