Comp.A.No.664 of 2023 in Comp.A.No.386 of 2023 in Ç.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the successful bidder for the properties constituting the Maxworth-Kattupuli Project ad-measuring 28.96 acres seeks an extension of three months for payment of the balance sale consideration.

2. The applicant was declared as the successful bidder for a total consideration of Rs.1,54,00,000/-. Out of this, the applicant had paid a sum of Rs.9,84,400/- as Earnest Money Deposit and a further sum of Rs.2,00,000/- thereafter on 12.12.2023. The extension is requested for in respect of the balance sale consideration of Rs.1,42,15,600/-.
