Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.194 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 138, 127, 115(2), 309(1), 351(3) of BNS, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.

2.Pleading innocence on the part of the petitioner, false implication in the case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court. He further submit that, due to previous enmity, false complaint has been given. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. 3.The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, opposing for grant of anticipatory bail, is that on 07.07.2023, the accused, who are known to the defacto complainant had taken him to a secluded place and removed his Page No.1 of 3

dress and taken the photographs and thereby demanded money on several occasions and also threatened that, if he refuse to give money, they will upload his nude photographs in the social media.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and the fact that the victim is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
