PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court for the speedy disposal of the above case in Crl.M.P.No.1732 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee, Chennai to dispose the case within stipulated time. Crimes such as fake patta creation (Patta No.562 Survey No.439/1B) fraudulent deed registration (Document No.6842/2023 at Poonamallee SRO) and grabbing Government Grama Natham Poramboke Land.

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee, for the speedy disposal of the application in Crl.M.P.No.1732 of 2025 filed by the petitioner under Section 175(3) of BNSS seeking direction to the police to register FIR.

2. Heard the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents1 to 4 and also perused the materials available on record.

3. Let the learned Magistrate decide the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, particularly after hearing the submissions 2/4

of the Police Officer in this regard as contemplated under Section 175 (3) of BNSS. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
