ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a fresh final report in FIR No.8 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022 registered under Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 and Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that, already, the final report has been filed in SR.No.3157 of 2024, dated 22.11.2024 before the TNPID Court, Chennai.

3. Hence, this petition is disposed of.
