Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, the matter was listed for hearing today. The order was passed in the writ petition by placing reliance upon the earlier order passed in W.P.No.8584 of 2021 dated 10.02.2023 which was also followed in the subsequent order passed in W.P.No. 31684 of 2023. However, the order passed in W.P.No.8584 of 2021 was taken on appeal and the Division Bench has stayed the order. A batch of contempt petitions were filed before this Court and this Court taking into consideration the interim order passed by the Division Bench closed all those contempt petitions, awaiting for the final orders to be passed. This Court also granted liberty to the petitioners therein to revive their claim depending upon the orders to be passed in the pending writ appeals. This contempt petition must also receive the same treatment.

2. This contempt petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of the writ appeal.
