ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the direction of this Court to provide 3⁄4 inch pipeline to the petitioner, only 1⁄2 inch pipeline has been provided. Hence, the contempt petition.

2. The second respondent filed an affidavit to the effect that in the entire village, only 3/4th inch pipe line connection is provided, whereas, the petitioner is demanding 2 inch pipe line connection.

3. Since, the affidavit of the second respondent itself indicates that only 3/4th inch pipeline connection is provided to every households, this Court is of the view that no contempt is made out as against the respondents. 2/4
