This petition has been filed to issue direction to the learned IV Additional District & Sessions Court, Ponneri to dispose of the I.A No. 5 of 2023 in O.S No. 499 of 2022 as early as possible on merits within a time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Considering the facts of the case, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the I.A No. 5 of 2023 in O.S No. 499 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
