ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 11.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 29746 of 2018.

2. In view of the interim order passed by the Writ Appellate Court on 03.11.2025, the respondent has issued the proceedings to appoint the petitioner with effect from 01.10.2022 subject to the final outcome of the Writ Appeal.

3. Since the petitioner has been appointed as per the directions of the Writ Appellate Court, however subject to the final outcome of the Writ Appeal, I feel the Contempt Petition can be closed.
