ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the 3rd respondent on 30.05.2024 by the learned Fast Track Court-IV, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai based on the letter sent by the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Court, George Town, Chennai to the 2nd respondent in CC No.902/2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.A.Alexander, Government Advocate (Pondicherry) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and submits that the respondents 1 and 2 will take steps to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the 3 rd respondent, as per law.

In such view of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to take steps to execute the non-bailable warrant, as per law, as expeditiously as possible.
