This Tr.C.M.P seeks transfer of proceedings in F.C.O.P.No.585 of 2023 from the file of Family Court at Erode to the file of Subordinate Court at Alandur.

2. The petitioner is the wife and she is the resident of Perumbakkam in Chennai. The respondent is staying in Thindal in Erode District. The husband has initiated F.C.O.P.No.585 of 2023 on the file of Family Court at Erode.
3. The plea of the petitioner is that she has two children, who are aged about two years and nine months, to attend to. Apart from that, she is also suffering from health issues relating to her heart and therefore, she seeks transfer of the proceedings on the ground of heath issues and inability to travel from Perumbakkam to Erode.
4. Taking into consideration the inconvenience expressed by the wife, the fact that she is suffering from medical issues, and also the fact that she has two children to attend to, this Tr.C.M.P is allowed. The proceedings in F.C.O.P.No.585 of 2023 pending on the file of learned District Judge, Family Court, Erode, Erode District is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub-Court at Alandur, Kancheepuram District.
