O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 04.09.2024 in

W.P. No. 25473 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.

2. Thereafter, the petitioner was directed to submit application along with requisite fee of Rs.1800/- + Service Charge of Rs.100/-, along with the proof of address, financial stability as contemplated under Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989.

3. The petitioner submits that already he submitted application as early as on 27.06.2024. However, the petitioner did not pay any requisite fee as contemplated under Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit fresh application along with requisite fee of Rs.1800/- + Service Charge of Rs.100/- along with proof of address, financial stability as contemplated under Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the application and pass

order within a period of four weeks thereafter.
