ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed that a sum of Rs.1,05,36,900/- was deposited, as per the calculation made by the 1/3

District Revenue Officer by calculating interest amount from 2008 to February 2023. It is further stated that this amount was also disbursed to the depositors and compliance report is filed in this regard. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the amount deposited is not correct. If the learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved against the calculation, petitioner can file appropriate petition before the concerned authority/Court.

The District Revenue Officer is directed to take appropriate steps for raising the attachment in the manner known to law before the concerned Court.
