ASHA, J., This petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the respondents respondents 2 to 4 as the legal representative of the deceased first respondent Kannan and rank them as respondents 2 to 4 in C.M.P.No.24578 of 2023 in S.A.Sr.No.109045 of 2023.

2. Heard Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant. Mr.T.Sezhian, learned counsel has entered appearance for respondents 1, 2 and 3 who are the son, daughter and wife of the deceased Kannan. The learned counsel would submit that he does not have instructions to appear on behalf of the fourth respondent, Rajendran, who is the other son of Kannan.

3. Considering the fact that the respondents are the only legal representatives of the deceased first respondent, Kannan, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
