ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.16966 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24079 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024, passed by this Court that the petitioners shall appear before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Cuddalore on the 1 st working day of every month at

10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16966 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24079 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
