This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.8210 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.597 of 2016 vide order dated 05.08.2016.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the petitioner's daughter is presently living in the United States and since her daughter had some complications in her pregnancy, the petitioner rushed to the United States on 19.11.2023 to be with her daughter. She has also filed the memo before the trial Court to that effect. He further submitted that the petitioner will return to India in May 2024 and therefore, he prayed that the condition may be modified and the petitioner may be directed to appear before the trial Court from June 2024 onwards.

3. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the submissions and the reasons made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8210 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.597 of 2016 vide order dated 05.08.2016, is modified as follows :- A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.
