Mr.K.Sellathurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in this writ petition expired and when he contacted the family members of the petitioner, there was no instructions from them to implead them as Lrs.. In view of the said position, the Lrs. cannot be brought on record and therefore, the writ petition may be disposed of, as the petitioner died and there is no instructions from the legal heirs of the petitioner. 2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as abated as no further instructions were received by the learned counsel for the petitioner from the legal heirs of the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index:
