It is the grievance of the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the respondent Police are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, an enquiry has been conducted and that the petitioner was called only for an enquiry and was not harassed by the respondent. However, now the complaint has been closed.
