This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 10.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24838 of 2023 to report before the Krishngiri Town Police Station daily morning at 10.30 a.m and evening at 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every morning at 10.30 a.m and evening at 5.30 p.m for a period of 30 days.
