The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. registered in Crime No.813 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police as illegal.

2. None has appeared after showing the name of the petitioner in the cause list.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the petition mentioned Crime Number https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

i.e., 813 of 2019, the first respondent police completed the investigation and filed a final report before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate alleging that the petitioner committed the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506 (1) of I.P.C. The said submission is recorded.
