Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records in Crl.M.P.No.9842 of 2023 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Namakkal on 07.12.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently restraining the respondents from disturbing or interfering in my possession and enjoyment of the house situated at Door No.105A, Savadi Street, Ramapuram Pudur Post, Namakkal Town and District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. It is submitted that the petitioner would prosecute her remedy before the appropriate forum.
3. The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The
petitioner may file such proceedings as may be permissible under law. In that event all contentions of the parties are kept open. The Registry is directed to return the original copy of the impugned order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W,M.P.No.35883 of 2023 is closed.
