ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application is filed for condoning the delay of 17 days.

2. Counsel for respondents seeks time to file counter.

3. Counsel for applicant states that the application, with the appeal memo, was served on 31.01.2025 and till date, no counter has been filed.

4. We are satisfied with the explanation given in paragraph 2 of the application. Certified copy itself took three months to be made available. Therefore, keeping open rights and contentions of respondents to be raised in the appeal, we condone the delay.

5. Application stands disposed of.
