ORDER

Earlier this Court had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 25089 of 2025, dated 15.09.2025 with certain conditions imposed against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w section 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No. 272 of 2025. The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to modify the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 25089 of 2025, dated 15.09.2025, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.7 of the

order, which reads as follows:- "7. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety must be a blood related surety, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruppur."

2.After hearing both sides, this Court modifies the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 25089 of 2025, dated 15.09.2025, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.7 of the order, which reads as follows:- "7. the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruppur."

3.The rest of the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 25089 of 2025, dated 15.09.2025 shall remains unaltered. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 06.10.2025 MSM
