2. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents 1 to 9/claimants submitted that they have entered into compromise and joint compromise memo will be filed before this Court on 02.04.2025.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 71 days in preferring the above CMA is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the CMA and list it on 02.04.2025 under the caption "For reporting settlement".
