This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21963 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
