ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the first respondent, the Tamil Nadu State Information Commission to pass orders on the Appeal filed by the petitioner on 19.09.2024 under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act.
2. However, instructions had been received on behalf of the respondents that the Appeal which had been filed was not in proper format and that it had been returned to the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner has filed an Appeal once again in the prescribed format on 10.12.2024. This is disclosed by the learned counsel for the petitioner by a memo filed before this Court dated 11.12.2024.
3. The first respondent may examine the Appeal now filed by the petitioner and if it is otherwise in order, take it on record and dispose of the same in accordance with the seniority of the pending Second Appeals.
