O R D E R

The petitioner alleges that he gave a complaint to the 2nd respondent on 27.11.2018 and that even though C.S.R.No.698 of 2018 was issued, till date, no further action has been taken. It appears that it is a case of job racketing. Since cognizable offence has been made out, the second respondent is bound to register an FIR. The second respondent is not justified in keeping the complaint pending.

2. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint and take further action in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter and the direction is given based on the averments made in the complaint.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed in the above terms.
